Tea and taxes
MLA for Columbia River - Revelstoke Norm Macdonald was in Invermere last week to offer tea and a listening ear to anyone willing to drop by and chat about the issues that affect them. Some of the topics that were discussed included the harmonized sales tax, affordable housing for seniors, health care cuts including those to programs like speech pathology and mobile home park legislation.
