With a provincial election racing toward British Columbians, now is the time to talk to elected officials and those seeking office.

With that in mind, Columbia River - Revelstoke MLA Norm Macdonald will be available to speak with Columbia Valley constituents on March 16.

Macdonald said he is looking forward to meeting with constituents at a series of meeting days and open houses in Invermere on Monday, March 16 and will provide an opportunity for meetings with constituents between 3 - 6 p.m.

"One of the most important things about this job is getting out in the community and talking with people. I need to hear what matters to my constituents," Macdonald said.

"I will get calls from both individuals and representatives from groups. Some will be asking for help with a particular complaint relating to government services and others will be raising broader issues," the first term MLA added.

Constituents who wish to meet with Macdonald should call 1 866 870 4188 to make an appointment.
